We count page views and clicks on ticket links and ConcertQueue partner links to understand whether this guide helps people find shows and discover the app.

Our click records include the destination category, placement on the page, date, and—for ticket links—the show, venue and ticket provider. Page views include a broad source category such as search, social, referral or direct. We do not store full referring URLs, search terms, IP addresses, names, email addresses or user identifiers in these analytics records.

This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising profiles or fingerprinting. Anonymous event records are retained for up to 90 days and removed by a periodic cleanup. Counts are not unique visitors, app installs or ticket purchases.

The site is hosted on Vercel and its catalog and anonymous counters are served through ConcertQueue's Railway backend. These services process connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Their operational logs are separate from the anonymous click report described above.

Clicking a ticket provider or app-store link opens another service governed by its own privacy policy. Partner links may include campaign tags identifying this website, but no individual visitor identifier.

If you submit an issue report, we email its details, any page link you provide, and your optional reply email to the site team through ConcertQueue’s email service, Resend. Reports are kept in our support inbox for handling and follow-up, separately from analytics. We use your reply email only to respond to the report. We process connection information temporarily to limit spam.
